Reds slug their way to 11-5 win

May 10, 1969 Montreal:  Lee May's 7th inning grand slam gave the Reds a 6-5 lead.  Cincinnati added four more runs in the 8th.  Alex Johnson stayed hot, adding another homer with 3 RBI.  The Expos took an early 3-0 lead in the fourth thanks to a Donn Clendenon 3 run shot.

Veteran Jack Fisher(2-1) benefitted from the home run barrage picking up the win despite giving up 5 runs in 7 innings.  Expo starter Bill Stoneman deserved better, allowing only 2 earned runs in 6 innings with 10 strikeouts.  The Montreal bullpen coughed up 7 runs in 3 innings.  Steve Shea (1-1) was tagged with the loss.
