Casanova in the 13th inning, handing the White Sox a 4-3 win. May
was issued a base on balls by Darold
Knowles (1-3), went to second on an error, third on a bunt sacrifice.
GAME TWO – Del Unser’s
(4) grand slam highlighted a 12-run, 10 hit 8th inning for the
Senators as they cruised to a 15-4 victory to earn a split in the series.
