Willie Mays hit 2 homeruns and had 5 RBI's as SF evened the series.
Game 3: San Francisco 4 Pittsburgh 3
W: Bolin (5-2) L: Bunning (5-9)
Mays' 3 run homerun staked the Giants to a 4-0 lead, then they held on as the Bucs scored 2 in the 9th and had the tying run on 3rd with one out, but could not push it across.
